We’re excited to announce the launch of ConvertCare NY, a dedicated service designed to help Fiscal Intermediaries transition their personal assistant staff to becoming Certified Personal Care Aides (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aides (HHA).

Languages include:

English, Spanish, Russian, Albanian, Italian, Bengali, Korean, Chinese languages, Haitian Creole, French, etc.

We have existing relationships with training schools throughout NYS. We also work to support agencies that have their own training programs and need support in communicate with their staff.
